Individually quick-frozen, cooked and peeled North Atlantic cold-water prawns. Wild-caught from coastal fisheries in the north-west Atlantic, including West Greenland and the Gulf of St Lawrence. The prawns are frozen once to retain their natural sweetness and firm texture. MSC-certified and a source of omega-3.
