Each 300g bag is crafted from approximately 840g of fresh whole and sliced mushrooms, making it a naturally nutrient-dense snack. Unlike traditional deep-fried chips, DJ&A uses a vacuum cooking process—a method that uses less oil and lower temperatures to preserve the mushrooms’ natural taste and goodness.
