Prawn (Litopenaeus vannamei, farmed in Vietnam) 47.98%, sandwich bread (wheat flour, water, shortening, sugar, salt, fresh yeast, stabiliser: sodium bicarbonate) 13.69%, surimi (fish) 10.17%, bamboo shoot, tapioca starch, potato starch, sesame seeds, refined soybean oil, seasoning (salt, white pepper and sugar), water, sesame oil and yeast extract.

Sauce ingredients:

Water 59.30%, sugar 20.20%, chilli 4.20%, garlic 0.60%, salt 2.30%, vinegar 8%, flavour enhancer E621 0.40%, modified corn starch E1422 3.50% and ginger 1.50%.
